1) At the time of booking, payment of 20% of the total amount is required, by bank transfer. The reservation is only confirmed after receipt of legible proof of transfer by email to reservations@mecaretreat.eu. Outstanding balance must be paid one week before arrival, otherwise booking may be canceled.

2) Check-in: To be carried out between 4pm and 8pm. Early check-in can be done subject to house availability. After 8pm information will be given over the phone.
3) Check-out: To be carried out by 12pm. Extension beyond the scheduled time may be possible subject to house availability.
4) Change/Cancellation of Reservation: Changes to the number of guests, presence of animals, check-in/check-out times must be communicated in advance, and in writing, to the owner or person responsible for the accommodation. If the reservation is canceled more than 30 days before the check-in date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. If canceled less than 30 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund of the amount paid, with the possibility of rescheduling, depending on the availability of the accommodation.
5) Visits: Visits from friends/family are not permitted during the stay. You cannot, at any time, exceed the maximum capacity of the house. Parties or other types of events are not permitted.
6) Animals: Pets are welcome, up to a maximum of two.
7) Bedding: Bed, bath and kitchen linen is available depending on the number of people. House cleaning and change of bedding are carried out with each reservation.
8) Firewood: We provide one bag of firewood per stay (winter season), if more is needed, it must be requested on the day of check-in, each bag has an additional cost.
9) Common Areas: Garden, swimming pool and barbecue. (outside)
10) Rules of Conduct: As this is a place of relaxation, respectful conduct towards others is requested, not causing noise or disturbances at night. We ask customers accompanied by children to ensure their safety.
11) Damage: We reserve the right to prevent customers from remaining in the accommodation in case of violent or less correct behavior, demand payment for damage/damage intentionally caused to the house, namely (furniture, heating equipment, bathroom, household appliances, crockery, bed linen, etc.). Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
12) Force Majeure: The house Meca Retreat are subject to inability to provide service due to unpredictable situations, consequences of governmental acts, calamity, natural catastrophes, war, strikes, disorders, epidemics, quarantines, or other causes. Meca Retreat does not assume any responsibility for providing the reservation. In the event of technical or logistical breakdowns or impediments, we are committed to resolving the situation as quickly as possible and always informing the customer. This situation may result in the need for changes to the service.
13) In compliance with law no. 144/2015, we inform you that to resolve consumer disputes, the CIAB arbitration committee must be contacted.
